Hello Annabel, it’s great to see you here and thank you for your comment. I returned the “luv” and commented on one of your blog posts too. 🙂 I appreciate your compliment and hope that Twitter turns out to be an awesome social media marketing platform for you. I’m a bit obsessed with Twitter because I’ve seen some of the stellar results it has provided in terms of relationship building and social selling.
Wow! Twitter really is a powerhouse. I’ve been getting better about using it effectively over the past few months. Like anything, it takes time to make it a habit. But, I enjoy it and have met some cool people. Thanks for the reminder how important it is to use this platform.
I LOVE Twitter and have had quite a few leads through building relationships and sharing content. I think the key is, as with many things, is consistency and persistence. I see too many people who try things out half-heartedly for a short while and then pronounce that “It doesn’t work!”
Holy crap Meggie, great post… JAB packed, or jam packed, full of info, stats and well… you are so right, on point… get on Twitter people. How often are you tweeting?
BTW… also loved your positioning of your url in the glove… that has been something I’ve been doing the last year, strategically placing my url.. for fun… cute eh? lol
Hugs girl… great post!
I use twitter and do see some posts, our products, drives traffic to site. Need to engage more. Time, more time to maximize the platform.

On Twitter the more useful
I find it. Engagement is key.
Wow. So much to absorb here. I admit I have spent little time trying to build relationships on Twitter. Guess that needs to Change today!
Thanks for all this great info. I have found through experience that very often those who visit my site through Twitter tend to stay on my website as average of two minutes longer than those who come through FB or LinkedIn. I’ve been really surprised at how many businesses use Twitter as I just started about 4 months ago. Very interesting post! Planning to share. 🙂
Thanks for sharing! Love the facts!
Sigh. Yes, I know. Everyone loves Twitter. I have an account and I post to it regularly, but don’t engage (bad girl, bad girl!). I have found LinkedIn to be more fertile ground from a prospecting perspective. But hey — great information here nevertheless.
Wow the stats are impressive and you certainly gave me some food for thought! Better get out there tweeting!
Thanks for a great article!
Brava Meghan! This is great! I was just interviewed on the subject of “Is Twitter Dead” a couple of weeks ago. I couldn’t agree more with your position. Love the Infographic too, btw.
Hello Jennifer! Thanks for the positive feedback. People have been saying Twitter is over for a few years now, which cracks me up! When people of importance want to say something to the world, do they go to Facebook? Snapchat? Pinterest? They go to Twitter. I love the fast interaction, forced brevity, and individual experience that Twitter provides. Happy to hear you believe in Twitter too! 🙂
